LARGE-PART MACHINING

At Dysinger, we’re built for large part machining. Many manufacturers may find it cost prohibitive and labor intensive. These parts can be complex and often enormous. They may require special attention to machining and are often produced at very low volumes – sometimes, just one or two. Because of that, many companies like ours pass. Here, it’s just one of the things that make us different from the rest.

Large fabrications and castings can be accommodated on our Okuma 600, our 96" Devlieg, or our Okuma 60 vertical mill.

This custom fabrication was originally designed to mix rubber for the tire industry – providing precision of .001 on most of the critical features. Additionally, tight surface finishes and tolerances are held regardless of the 2500-pound size and the hard-stainless steel surface. For repeated projects, we can use the “lights out strategy” on these pallets to help reduce overall customer costs. Regardless of size, regardless of volume, our commitment to quality and on-time delivery remains the same.

The Dysinger Difference? We do it right. On-time. Every time.

The current registration of AS9100D adheres to all quality standards accepted and required by the aerospace industry for manufacturing.

  • “Outstanding staff and excellent quality is what I’ve experienced with every order. And even beyond the product, it’s personal. Bud remembered that I was a veteran and sent me a message right before Memorial Day thanking me for my service. It left me speechless and shows that he cares about his customers as people – not just another sale”
